Project: ICIDS and Fire Alarm Maintenance and Testing
Location: Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WAFort Lewis, named after Meriwether Lewis of the Lewis and Clark expedition, is one of the largest and most modern military reservations in the United States. Consisting of 87,000 acres (350 km²) of prairie land cut from the glacier-flattened Nisqually Plain, it is the premier military installation in the northwest and is the most requested duty station in the Army.
Evergreen's security team has performed on the integrated commercial intrusion detection systems (ICIDS) contract at Fort Lewis for the past five years. The responsibilities range from upgrades on systems, new installations, access card issuing, and 24 hour monitoring.
Since 2004, Evergreen has held the contract for Fort Lewis Fire Alarm Systems Inspection, Testing and Maintenance contract. This includes all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and system administration. This has also involved Fort Lewis- and manufacturer-certified, staff and crew to inspect, test, repair, replace, maintain, and certify fire extinguishing and automatic fire alarm systems.

Project: Security
Location: Pine Bluff Army Arsenal, AR
The Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) is a US Army installation located in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The Arsenal supplies one of the six Army installations in the United States that store chemical weapons. PBA supplies specialized production, storage, maintenance and distribution of readiness products, and delivers technical services to the Armed Forces and Homeland Security. PBA also designs, manufactures and refurbishes smoke, riot control, and incendiary munitions, as well as chemical/biological defense operation items. It serves as a technology center for illuminating and infrared munitions and is also the only place in the Northern Hemisphere where white phosphorus munitions are filled. Its Homeland Security mission includes first-responder equipment training and surveillance of preposition equipment.
Evergreen Fire and Security are the current ICIDS II maintenance contractor at Pine Bluff, Arsenal. A fully staffed office is on the site to provide the maintenance, repair and upgrade of the intrusion detection system/access control system/fence sensor system and preventive maintenance required to bring the Arsenal up to specifications. This includes installing fiber optic communication lines, sensors, connections, system wiring, control units, and conduit that are an integral part of the MDI OS2/ SafeNET System with 3D Graphmap. Currently, we are performing the front-end upgrades of the ICIDS system from the OS2 operating system to Windows NT; the new windows based MDI Security Suite 6.2.

Project: Electronic Security System Install
Location: Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant
The Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant, or PCAPP, was built to safely destroy the chemical weapons stockpile at the U.S. Army Pueblo Chemical Depot, located in southeastern Colorado. Encompassing approximately 23,000 acres, the depot's primary function is the safe, secure storage of munitions containing 2,611 tons of mustard agent that is part of the national chemical weapons stockpile.
Evergreen holds the contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to design and install an Electronic Security System (ESS) for the Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant (PCAPP) being constructed. This is a massive construction project, consisting of over 270,000 square feet encompassing 23,000 acres in multi-purpose/occupancy structures and undeveloped areas. We have conducted site assessments, providing the Government with a proposed schedule, engineering plans, and timeline to meet project requirements. Evergreen works with PCAPP system engineers and technicians in all phases of design and installation of the ESS, which consists of three subsystems: intrusion detection system; closed circuit television, and electronic entry control system. We are also integrating the new ESS into the existing Vindicator system for the ACP area. Pursuant to working with hazardous material facilities, our staff must undergo Personnel Reliability Program (PRP) training and maintain current certification.

Project: : Upgrade from Legacy System
Location: Schriever Air Force Base
Schriever Air Force Base (Schriever AFB) is a base of the United States
Air Force located approximately 10 miles (16 kilometers) east of
Peterson AFB near Colorado Springs in El Paso County, Colorado. The base
is named in honor of General Bernard Adolph Schriever, who pioneered the
development of the nation's ballistic missile programs. It is home to
Air Force Space Command's 50th Space Wing, which provides command and
control for more than 170 Department of Defense warning, navigational,
and communications satellites. Moreover, housed at Schriever AFB are the
Missile Defense Integration and Operations Center and the Space
Innovation & Development Center. Schriever AFB is the main control point
for the Global Positioning System (GPS).
Evergreen in collaboration with other partners installed, programmed and
provided setup support for the Schriever Air Force Base (SAFB) system
migration from the existing security system to a Honeywell/Vindicator
system, consisting of Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and Access
Control Badging systems. We also performed CCTV programming and
integration. The work included 9 buildings, 50 V5 field panels, 6
clients workstations, and a potential for 2400 alarm points/accounts. We
conducted a site assessment and provided the Government with a proposed
schedule and timeline to meet contract requirements.
