Project: Maintenance Contract and Upgrades for CCTV/Access Control
Location: Qwest Field, Seattle WA
Qwest Field is a multi-purpose stadium in Seattle, Washington, United States with a 67,000 seat capacity. It serves as the home field for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL) and Seattle Sounders FC of Major League Soccer (MLS). It was originally called Seahawks Stadium but was renamed in June 2004 when the telecommunications carrier Qwest acquired naming rights. The complex also includes the Event Center with the theater, a parking garage, and a public plaza. The venue hosts concerts, trade shows, and consumer shows along with sporting events. Located within a mile (1.6 km) of Seattle's central business district, the venue is accessible by multiple freeways and forms of mass transit.
Evergreen holds the distinction of fulfilling all the electronic security maintenance for Qwest Field. Recently, we have been contracted to upgrade CCTV, and other security needs for the complex. In today's competitive market Evergreen stands out when it comes to ongoing service.
Project: Fire Alarm System Installation and Maintenance
Location: Great Wolf Lodge, Grand Mounds WA
Great Wolf Lodge is a chain of family indoor water park resorts located in multiple states in North America. The Great Wolf Lodge in Grand Mound, WA. is the location that Evergreen was contracted to perform the first phases of the project to assist the engineers in designing the voice evacuation fire alarm system for the facility. It has an eight-story hotel wing, a conferencing center wing, and the main building houses the indoor water park, entertainment area, restaurants, and retail spaces. We supervised the cabling of the building for the fire alarm system and then completed the device trimming, pre-testing, and acceptance testing of the system. We conduct the quarterly confidence testing and hold a five year maintenance contract for the facility.
Project: CCTV System
Location: Stadium High School, Tacoma WA
Stadium High School is a 100-year-old high school in Tacoma, Washington and a historic landmark. It is part of Tacoma Public Schools, (or Tacoma School District No. 10), and is located in the Stadium District, near downtown Tacoma. The original building burned to a shell while it was still a partially constructed hotel designed by Hewitt & Hewitt that was being used for storage. It was reconstructed for use as a school according to designs by Frederick Heath, and a "bowl" stadium was added.
Evergreen was contracted at Stadium High School when it was gutted and rebuilt, providing a new CCTV System consisting of over 70 fixed mini dome vandal resistant cameras, giving coverage of interior and exterior common areas. A custom cabinet and pull out racking system was created and built for the bank of DVR's at the Head End location. The system is monitored at the Security Room as well as from the desks of key individuals within the staff on their respective computers.
